Precision Auto provides mobile vehicle detailing services at the customer’s location. Services include, but are not limited to, exterior washing, interior cleaning, paint correction, and ceramic coating. Service availability may vary by location and vehicle condition.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

 

  • Customers must book appointments in advance via our website, phone, or text.

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. If our team arrives and cannot access the vehicle or location, a no-show fee may apply.

3. Payment Terms

 

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and digital payments (e.g., Venmo, Zelle).

  • Late payments may result in additional charges.

4. Customer Responsibilities

 

  • The customer must ensure access to the vehicle and a safe working environment.

  • We may require access to water or electricity for certain services. We will inform you ahead of time if this is the case.

  • Personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle prior to service.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

 

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of service for a resolution. We do not offer refunds but may provide a touch-up or correction at our discretion.

6. Liability Disclaimer

 

  • Precision Auto is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, paint chips, stains, or mechanical issues.

  • We take great care with all vehicles, but by agreeing to our services, the customer accepts that work is performed at their own risk.

7. Weather Policy

 

Mobile detailing services are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule due to rain, snow, or extreme weather for the safety of our staff and the effectiveness of services.

 

 

 

8. Modifications

 

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of those changes.
