Refund Policy
1. Overview
At Precision Auto, we strive to provide top-quality mobile detailing services. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer monetary refunds once a service has been completed. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we will do our best to resolve any concerns.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will offer a free re-clean or touch-up on the affected areas if:

The issue is directly related to the service performed

The request is made within 24 hours of completion

The vehicle has not been used in a way that would alter the original finished results (e.g., rain, dirt, spills)
3. No Refunds on Completed Services
Once a detailing service has been performed, no refunds will be issued. This includes:

Incomplete or inaccurate expectations not communicated before the service

Pre-existing conditions that detailing cannot fully restore

Cancellations after service has started
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

24+ hours notice: Free cancellation or rescheduling

Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: A $25 cancellation fee may apply
5. Deposits
Some appointments may require a deposit to reserve your time slot. Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward a rescheduled appointment if 24-hour notice is given.
